Fudge Cake: Dark chocolate cake filled and frosted with creamy cooked fudge frosting.
Fudge Cake with Raspberry Filling: Three layers of dark chocolate cake stacked with raspberry filling and finished with fudge frosting.
Sacher Torte: Our twist on a classic. Three layers of moist chocolate cake filled with raspberry and chocolate butter cream before being covered with ganache*.
Strawberry Sacher Torte: Three layers of chocolate cake filled with white butter cream and strawberries, covered with ganache*.
Black Forest a.k.a. Schwarzwälder Torte: Layers of chocolate cake filled with cherries, topped with whipped cream and lots of thin slices of pure Belgium Chocolate.
French Pear Cake: Chocolate cake filled with sliced pears and whipped cream, covered in real Swiss Marzipan. A most delicious cake.
Mocha Cake: Three layer dark chocolate cake filled and covered with our special coffee flavored butter cream.
Chocolate-Nut Cake: Three layers of chocolate-nut cake filled with white and chocolate butter creams. Decorated with roasted walnuts and chocolate ganache*.
Raspberry Filled White Cake: Three layers of white cake separated by raspberry filling, then frosted with European style white butter cream.
Princess Cake (Swedish „princesstårta“): Royal through and through! White cake layered with raspberry filling, topped with our vanilla custard and whipped cream then crowned with rich Swiss Marzipan. A cake you will not soon forget. Brilliant in display and taste! (Named for Swedish Princesses Astrid, Märtha, and Margareta.)
Carrot Cake: Old fashioned delicious raisin filled spicy goodness. We layer ours with apricot filling and frost it with our special butter cream. It’s not broken and we’re never gonna fix it better!  
Lemon Poppyseed Cake: Another European favorite! Rich and moist, filled with lemon filling and frosted with vanilla butter cream.  
Cheesecakes: To many, this “cake” is the very best kind. Ours are New York style with dense, smooth, none-too-sweet cheese filling. We offer 3toppings:
1) Strawberry
2) Dark Semi-sweet Belgium Chocolate (ganache*)
3) “Very Berry” covered with assorted berries (blueberries, strawberries,
              raspberries, or other seasonal berries)
 
Apple Strudel: European style strudel packed with sliced apples, raisins, walnuts, and cinnamon.   Served cold or hot with whipped cream. Strudel is a family tradition, so tell us how you like it.
Chocolate Napoleon: A flaky puff pastry filled with chocolate custard and whipped cream sprinkled with Chocolate Belgium ganache*.
Strawberries Napoleon: Puff pastry filled with our vanilla custard, strawberries and whipped cream. Sprinkled with powdered sugar only to “gild the lily.”
Josephine: Puffy pastry filled with our vanilla custard, mixed berries, and whipped cream. Topped with more berries and whipped cream before sprinkling with powdered sugar only to "gild the lily."
Chocolate Éclair: Our éclair filled with homemade vanilla custard, draped with chocolate ganache*. Simple in concept but ever so tasty in execution.
Pistachio Apricot Punch Cake: Yes, there’s apricot punch in this white cake! The middle layer is soaked with punch before being smothered with an apricot filling. The bottom layer is topped with roasted pistachios and Rum butter cream. The entire cake is then frosted with Rum Butter cream and sprinkled with additional pistachios. There’s nothing ordinary about this spectacular dessert!
Lemon Tart : Smooth rich lemon custard in buttery sweet cookie crust served wtih scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Chocolate Raspberry Mouse: Milk Chocolate Mousse with hint of raspberry on a chocolate crust served with berry sauce.  
Chocolate Mouse Trio: 3 layers of chocolate mousse, each different than the other, served with berry sauce atop.
