1) Farmer’s Special Breakfast Omelet
A sausage lover’s delight! We sautée three different sausages with potatoes, add 3 eggs,
and leeks before presenting it with steamed asparagus and melted cheese.

2) Omelet with Shrimp
A three-egg omelet filled with shrimps, green peas, topped with parmesan cheese.
Served with our oft requested Czech fried potatoes and steamed asparagus.

3) New Omlet
A three-egg omelet filled with fresh spinach, roasted garlic and onion topped with Feta cheese and
served with Czech fried potatoes

4) Eggs Benedict with: Ham or Spinach
English muffin filled with poached eggs and either ham & bacon or spinach before topping with
Hollandaise sauce. Served with Czech Fried Potatoes, asparagus and additional Hollandaise.
An old fashioned Czech breakfast if with ham.... A new vegetarian discovery if created with
asparagus.

5) Chicken or Pork Schnitzel
No Bohemian holiday meal is complete without schnitzel, which is breaded chicken breast or
pork sirloin traditionally pan fried. Of course this comes with Czech potato salad. You might
want to order one to cut-up and share around the table.

6) Grilled Chicken Breast on Pasta
We grill marinated chicken breast before topped with Parmesan cheese.
Served with pasta and cream sauce with green onion.

7) Hungarian Beef Goulash
Cubed beef simmered with onion and paprika, topped with fresh onion rings.
A classic Bohemian meal with Czech Dumplings (even if it is called "Hungarian").

8) Vegetarian Crêpe
Fresh steamed vegetables are rolled into a crêpe which is then breaded and pan friend.
Presented with mashed potatoes and tomato sauce. Perfect for the vegetable lover in you.
