Graduation Day Brunch & Dinner

Served Friday 11 AM to 2.30 PM, Sat & Sun 9 AM to 2.30 PM

$20/person, $12 children 12 and under
(plus tax and 17% gratuity will be added)

 

Brunch includes: Fruit Plate, Bread, Jam & Butter, Dessert.

Choice of one entrée below:

1) Farmer’s Special Breakfast Omelet
A sausage lover's delight! Three different sausages sauted with potatoes, 3 eggs, & leeks.
Comes with steamed asparagus and melted cheese.

2) Eggs Benedict with: Ham or Spinach
English muffin filled with poached eggs and either ham & bacon or spinach before topping with Hollandaise sauce.
Served with Czech Fried Potatoes, asparagus and additional Hollandaise. An extravagance deserved at least once a year.

3) New Omelette
Our three-egg omelette filled with fresh spinach, roasted garlic and onion, topped with Feta cheese.
Served with Czech fried potatoes.

4) Omlet with Shrimp
A three-egg omelette with shrimp and green onion, topped with Parmesan cheese. Served with Czech fried potatoes and asparagus.

5) Bohemian Vegetarian Crêpe
We fill a crepe with mushrooms, spinach, red bell pepper, shallots and cheese; fry and plate it with mashed
potatoes and tomato garlic sauce. One of our two most requested vegetarian entreess.

6) Grilled Chicken Breast on Pasta
We grill marinated chicken breast before topping with Parmesan cheese.  Served with pasta and cream sauce with green onion.

7) Hungarian Beef Goulash
Lightly spiced with Hungarian sweet paprika and black pepper, this beef “stew” is simmered with onions and green bell peppers.
Comes with Czech Dumplings for authenticity.

8) Chicken or Pork Schnitzel
Breaded chicken breast or pork sirloin traditionally pan fried. Never better than with Czech potato salad and a bright squeeze of lemon.

Choice of: Coffee, Tea, or Milk with your Chef’s Dessert Surprise

Entrées below served with Hot or Cold Soup of the Day, or Spring Salad Mix:

1) Beef Stroganoff   $24.95
Filet mignon strips simmered in cream-tomato-mushroom dill sauce; served with rice and cucumbers.
Whether named after Russian nobles or not, this is fine food.

2) Classic Pork or Chicken Schnitzel   $23.50
Breaded chicken breast or pork sirloin traditionally pan fried. Always served with Czech potato salad & lemon.
We firmly believe Bohemian cooks introduced schnitzel to the world.

3) Lamb Shank   $27.95
Oven roasted Lamb shank braised with vegetables and rosemary, served with potato-bacon dumplings, topped with red onion. Enjoy!

4) Swordfish Steak   $27.95
Seared steak of Swordfish in olive oil. Presented with smashed potato, herb butter and grilled vegetables.

5) Oven Roasted Stuffed Chicken Breast   $24.95
Roasted chicken breast stuffed with brie cheese and spinach, served with mashed potato, chicken sauce
and steamed asparagus.  The rich creaminess of the brie really makes for a distinctive dish.

6) Beef Fillet Mignon   $35
Fillet mignon served with sauerbraten sauce (a "sweet" creamy gravy of carrots, celery root, parsnips)
and Czech Dumplings with cranberry sauce, whipped cream, and lemon wedge.
