Czech Valentine’s Extravaganza - Five Course Meal

Soup:  Paradise tomato dill or Frankfurt sausage

Salad: Mixed green salad or Spinach with orange and raspberry dressing

Appetizer:  Cold-cut pork tenderloin slices served with a berry sauce,
                  or
                 Mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette

Choice of one entrée below:
#1 Beef Fillet Mignon
Grilled fillet mignon served with mushroom - lemon cream sauce. Also comes with
mashed potatoes and side of green beans.

#2 Veal Cutlet
Grilled veal cutlet served with basil-tomato rice, asparagus, and a veal demi-glaze.

#3 Chicken Breast à la Prague
A chicken breast stuffed in a style Monegasque with prosciutto, brie cheese, spinach,
served with pasta, brie cream sauce and grilled zucchini.

#4 Oven Baked Vegetarian Strudel
Steamed vegetables are baked into a flaky filo dough strudel to be
served along with boiled broccoli and tomato garlic sauce.

#5 Roast Duck
A 1/4 duck baked on apples and onions with caraway seasoning, served with
Sauerkraut, traditional red cabbage and Czech dumplings.

#6 Salmon - Shrimp Shish Kebab
We oven roast a shish kebab of salmon, shrimp, and orange wedges.
This delight is presented with rice and peach-ginger sauce.

#7 Pork Medallions
Pork Tenderloin medallions, grilled and topped with ham and melted cheese,
served with spicy vegetable sauce and snow sweet peas and smashed potatoes.
